Please read the following terms and conditions in relation to Piper Michell and this website. Some changes to these policies may occur over time.

  • The sale of liquor in the course of the business of selling flowers or confectionery or other food to be delivered as a gift to a person other than the purchaser.
  • The gift must be packaged and presented in such a manner that it would be taken to be a gift.
  • The maximum volume of alcohol in each gift cannot exceed two litres.
  • Both the purchaser and the donee of the gift are of or above the age of 18 years.

Returns, cancellations & refunds

There are numerous reasons why deliveries may be returned to us:

  • the supplied address details are incorrect;
  • the recipient is not known at the supplied address or has moved;
  • a card was left but there was no response advising re-delivery;
  • a card was left but the recipient did not pick the package up from the post office; and/or
  • the recipient was in a hospital or hotel and has been discharged or checked out.

If a parcel has an incorrect address the courier will return it back to us, and we will email you within the week of the hamper being returned to us. An applicable re-delivery fee will be passed on to you to facilitate the delivery of the hamper to the same or an alternative address. Due to the perishable nature of our gift packs, orders returned to us for any of the reasons, cannot be cancelled nor refunded. Once in the hands of our couriers ready for despatch, orders cannot be cancelled.

Should your gift pack or its contents arrive damaged or faulty, we will replace, or issue a credit depending on the extent of the damage. So that we can better understand the extent of the damage or issues with the product, please email a photo of the damaged or compromised hamper. Please note that refunds will be credited back to the original credit card only. If it is necessary for the gift pack to be sent back to us due to damage or being faulty, we will email you a return label to cover the cost of the shipping. No replacement, exchange or credit will be issued on products despatched for more than 30 days.

Piper Michell Designer Gift Concepts is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Piper Michell uses and protects all information that is provided to us. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Information provided by you to Piper Michell Pty Ltd ABN 74 102 406 022 will be used to process your order and ascertain customer satisfaction in relation to this service. Piper Michell respect your privacy and recognises your right to protection of all personal information you provide us with, including your name, address, telephone number and email address.

Client information is required to understand your needs and provide you with better service. Periodically we may send promotional emails to you advising of special offers or new products, using the email address which you have provided. We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail. Should you not wish to receive any promotional information simply contact us to unsubscribe.

The Piper Michell website may contain links to external websites. Please note that once you have used these links to leave our site, you should be aware that we do not have any control over that website and hence, are not responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting that site. Please note that privacy statements vary from site to site.
